General Promotion Terms

Unless stated otherwise, offers and credits are limited to one per person/household, have no cash value, may require a minimum order, and may be modified or ended at any time. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke credits and cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including duplicate or same-household accounts.

New-Customer Credit ($10 off your first delivery)

New customers can receive $10 off their first local delivery order. The following applies:

• One credit per customer, household, and payment method. Uniqueness is not based on email alone.
• Valid on **local delivery only** — not on shipping or in-store pickup.
• Subject to the $50 delivery minimum.
• The credit expires 60 days after it is issued.
• No cash value; non-transferable.

Migrated accounts: each existing customer from our prior system is eligible for one welcome credit on their migrated account. Records are matched by phone and email, so a migrated customer cannot also claim a second credit by signing up as a new account.

Referral Program (Give $10, Get $10)

Refer a friend, and when they place their first qualifying delivery order, you both receive $10 in account credit. To keep the program fair:

• Referral credit is issued only **after** the friend's first delivery order is completed and has passed the cancellation/return window — not when the order is merely placed. Credit is reversed if the order is cancelled.
• The friend must be a genuinely new customer. We de-duplicate on payment method, delivery address, and device — not just email.
• The referral does not apply if the friend's delivery address matches a prior or existing customer's address.
• The qualifying order must meet the $50 delivery minimum.
• Referral credits are capped at $50 per account per month.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and apply only to future delivery orders.

We reserve the right to revoke credits and remove anyone from the program for suspected fraud or duplicate / same-household accounts.

Combining Credits

The new-customer welcome credit and the referral credit **cannot be combined**. On a first order, a customer receives one or the other — never both.

Age & Delivery Compliance

All purchases require the buyer to be 21 or older. Age is verified at checkout, and a valid government-issued 21+ ID is required and checked at delivery. Drivers will refuse delivery if ID cannot be verified or the recipient appears intoxicated.
