The Three-Ingredient Negroni

If you can pour three equal measures, you can make a Negroni. It's bitter, balanced, and famously hard to ruin.

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• Orange peel, to garnish

Method

Add all three ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir for about 20 seconds to chill and combine. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
